Return Policy

All custom products are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

Any unused, unopened product can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. We do not currently offer free shipping labels for returns in lieu of charging customers a restock fee.

Please include your order number in the package (a copy of your receipt, packing slip, or written on a piece of paper all work great)!

Once we receive your item(s) back at our Toronto office, we process refunds within 3 business days for the items only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please keep in mind, online banking records can take up to 5 business days to reflect these changes.

What if I messed up my order?

Fret not! If you bungle the application of your skin, or accidentally order the wrong model, all we ask is that you pay shipping and we can send you a fresh new redo.
