Although Adriana has always been fascinated by patterns and drawn to abstract and geometric works, she has only recently taken up creating her own. In 2011 after spending an afternoon looking over a friend's shoulder, she joined COLOURlovers to try her hand at making pattern templates. The extraordinarily supportive COLOURlovers community has been integral to her progress, as has the open-source Inkscape, with which she creates all of her vectors. Her creations the product of experimentation and learning as she finds her way through the world of art and design. Adriana comes to GelaSkins as the winner of our 2nd COLOURlovers design contest.
